Since 2006, Cajun Kate’s has been offering authentic New Orleans specialties such as jambalaya, red beans and rice, and gumbo ( different variety each weekend). Our Po’boys include fried catfish, shrimp, crawfish, or alligator sausage. Weekly specialty Po’boys include fried oyster, slow roasted pork, or smoked brisket, and when in season soft shell crabs. Crawfish pies and Crispy Cajun Mac’n'Cheese are also favorites of the many regulars who stop in every weekend. We make true Southern-style pralines and the best beignets to be found anywhere.
